When we decide to bring on a new team member, we take it seriously. We want to invest you, giving you all the skills and knowledge we’ve acquired and help you accomplish our mission: make people happy. As you look at our application, you may notice it asks a little bit more out of you than the usual “Where do you see yourself in five years”. Don’t overthink it! We take it seriously because we want to take you seriously.
If a professional job in a fast-paced industry excites you, apply! If hired, we’ll pull out all the stops to teach you all of our processes, all the science, and all the skills you need to be a stellar barista. Don’t let too little (or too much) experience talk you out of applying.
